Admin Post: set up about 90% complete

Alright. So the set-up for this comm is nearly done. All the necessary things for the comm and challenge to function have been completed (though of course if I've missed something don't hesitate to let me know) and what's left is 'luxury' things like promotional graphics (my graphics skills are... very hit and miss so gonna be fun to see how that turns out).

The set up progress post is here. At the end of the rules post I've stacked on clarifications regarding what qualify regarding franchises and adaptations. A general post for questions, suggestions, etc. can be found here.

...So I think we're good to go with the first prompt on July 1!
