regarding age restrictions for posts, exactly how strict should i be when it comes to sexual content? the fic i would like to post is rated Teen but does contain sexual content (for clarity's sake: it's nothing i would personally consider explicit), and if i were posting it to my personal journal it wouldn't be something i'd feel the need to use age restrictions for, but i also haven't posted fic elsewhere on dreamwidth before, so wasn't really sure what the standard was and just wanted to make sure beforehand!

If it's explicit sexual content it needs to be behind the 18+ restriction, and you should give that as the reason it's restricted, but for non-explicit sexual content *Viewer Discretion* is enough and just write the reason for restriction in the little reason field. Hope that helps! :D
